About Liopé Construction
Pascal Liopé started Liopé Construction in 1994 in the Sunset district of San Francisco. 30 years later, the company remains a family-owned business that thrives upon staying connected to the Bay Area community and enjoys serving locally as a trusted contractor. We have had repeat clients, some for over 20 years, and we are proud to say that our clients often become like family. We pride ourselves in doing hard, honest work and in collaborating on projects that are as interesting to us as they are to our clients.

Preconstruction Design
On a case by case basis, we can provide referrals for local and trusted architects in order to fully realize your project. Many times, our clients will come to us with inspiration (like Pinterest) and we work with you on your vision for your home.
Design & Construction Estimate
Communication is at the heart of our work. Pascal provides detailed estimates to all of our clients and we remain flexible according to budgets and needs.
On-Site Consultations
Pascal personally comes to your home in order to further assess and perfect your needs on the project.
